Area Activity Report extends Sale Orders with a Remarks field where salespersons write field notes and visit observations, then generates a printable PDF report filtered by Today, Last Week, Last Month, or custom date range — showing every order with customer name, salesperson, remarks, status, and total in one clean table.

- Period-Based Filtering :The report wizard offers three quick period selections — Today, Last Week, and Last Month — plus a custom date range with Start Date and End Date fields. This means a manager can instantly generate today's field activity report at end of day
- Remarks Field on Sale Orders:A custom remarks field is added to every sale order — visible both in the list view. Salespersons use this to record field observations like "customer requested delivery before Eid," "visited but shop was closed," or "competitor offered lower price."
- Clean PDF Report with Table Layout: The generated report presents all filtered orders in a structured table showing Customer Name, Salesperson, Remarks, Status, and Total in one clean printable page.

What is the difference between this report and Odoo's standard Sales Analysis report?
Standard Odoo Sales Analysis shows charts, pivot tables, and aggregated statistics. This module generates a focused operational PDF listing individual orders with salesperson remarks.
Can I filter by a specific salesperson or area?
Currently the report shows all orders for the selected period across all salespersons.
Where do I enter the Remarks on a sale order?
After installing this module a Remarks field appears in two places — in the sale order form view and list view. Salespersons fill this in while processing or after visiting a customer.
Can I schedule this report to be emailed automatically?
Currently the report is generated on demand through the wizard. Scheduling it as an automated daily or weekly email is a feature that can be added as a future enhancement.
