• 1. Enable Checks in Accounting Settings under Vendor Payments

• 2. Navigate to Accounting → Configuration → Checks

• 3. Create a Cheque Template

• 4. Design the cheque layout by dragging and positioning each field on the image

• 5. View and manage saved Cheque Designs from the Check Designs list

• 6. Open a Vendor Bill, click Pay and select Checks as the Payment Method

• 7. Click Print Check on the Payment, select the Template and Design, then click Print Check

• 8. The cheque is generated as a PDF with all fields

Cheque Designer: This module keeps a proper history of printed cheques linked with payments. Users can view issued cheques, reprint cheque records, and create replacement cheques when required.

The cheque layout is saved with the selected design, so printed cheques follow the same field positions every time.
