Odoo 19 Employee Resignation (Enterprise)

• Employees can submit resignation requests directly in Odoo with a unique reference number.
• HR and Manager can approve or reject resignation requests with automated chatter updates.
• The system automatically updates the employee’s contract end date upon HR approval.
• Offboarding activities are automatically created for HR when a resignation is approved.
• A scheduled cron job automatically archives employees after their last working day.
• A monthly resignation report is automatically emailed to the HR Manager and CEO for review every month.

How to use

• Settings > Users
• From the checkbox select appropriate checkbox for user.

• Login with employee and select menu Resignation to apply resignation.

• Fill up the resignation form and submit

• Resignation request send to line manager for approval.
• Manager and HR could change the notice period time.

• On approved by manager request send to HR for approval.

• After Approval HR Launch off boarding Plan.

• Monthly resignation summary send to CEO and HR via e-mail.
