Odoo 19 Website Product Quick View (Enterprise)

Note: The Quick Description (Quick View) popup displays essential product information such as images, price, variants, quantity selection, and action buttons (Add to Cart, Wishlist, Compare) without redirecting the user to the product detail page. This popup enhances user experience by enabling faster product review and quicker purchase decisions directly from the shop or category page.

Features

  • Displays product details in a popup window without redirecting users to the product page.
  • Shows product images with thumbnail navigation and image carousel support.
  • Supports product variants such as color, size, material, radio buttons, pills, and custom attributes.
  • Allows customers to enter custom attribute values directly inside the popup.
  • Quantity selector, Add to Cart, Add to Wishlist, and Add to Compare options available inside the popup.
  • Displays important product policies such as shipping information and return guarantees.

How to use

  • Go to Website > Click On Shop.
  • Click on the 'Quick View' button available on the product card (Right Bottom).




  • A popup window opens displaying product images, price, and available variants.




  • Select required product attributes such as color, material, or custom options.




  • Enter custom values if the selected attribute requires user input.




  • Add to Cart: Customers can add the configured product directly to the cart from the Quick View popup without navigating to the product detail page.




  • Wishlist: Customers can save products to their wishlist directly from the Quick View popup for later purchase consideration.




  • Compare: Customers can add products to the comparison list directly from the Quick View popup to evaluate features and pricing before purchasing.
