• From Website go to my account and click on Sales Orders.

• Open sales order for which return order should be created.
• Click on Return button on top and open model.

• Add return quantity and return order type and click on Submit button to create return order

• Click on go back to homepage button to see created return order.

• Click on Return orders and open created return order.

• Download or print return order from here.

• Sales => Click on Return Order menu.

• Click on Approve button to approve order.

• Click on validate button to validate order.

• Return invoice and return picking will be created for return order.

• Related Return invoice, return picking and return order will be attached on related sales order.
