The foundation for all Atharva AI-powered modules. Handles license validation, token management, and centralized access control for your AI features.
What This Module Does
License Validation
Securely validates your AI module license with our license server. Ensures you have a legitimate copy and enables all premium features.
Token Management
Manages your activation token with automatic validation and status tracking. One token activates all Atharva AI modules.
Access Control
Provides centralized security groups for AI features. Control which users can access AI capabilities across all modules.
Automatic Sync
Daily background sync keeps your license status current. Silent operation â no manual intervention required after initial setup.
How It Works
Install the Module
Install Atharva AI Base as a dependency. It's automatically installed when you install any Atharva AI module like AI Assistant.
Enter Your Token
Go to Settings → General Settings → AI Apps section. Enter the activation token you received with your purchase.
Validate & Activate
Click "Validate Token" to verify with our license server. Once validated, all AI features are unlocked instantly.
You're All Set!
Automatic daily sync keeps everything current. Assign users to the "AI Apps User" group to grant access.
Security Groups
Odoo AI Apps User
Category: AI Apps
Users in this group can access the AI Copilot and all related features. Administrators are automatically included.
To grant AI access to a user:
- Go to Settings → Users & Companies → Users
- Select the user
- Under "AI Apps" section, enable "Odoo AI Apps User"
- Save the user record

Important Notes
Dependency Module
This module is a required dependency for Odoo AI Assistant and other Atharva AI modules. It will be installed alongside them.
Do Not Uninstall
Uninstalling this module will disable all AI features across your Odoo instance. Keep it installed as long as you use any Atharva AI module.
License Validation & Data Collection
To ensure fair use and prevent unauthorized sharing, this module collects minimal technical information during license validation: database UUID, instance URL, Odoo version, and administrator contact details. This data is used solely for license verification and is never shared with third parties. This allows us to offer affordable one-time pricing while protecting against module piracy.
