Your Odoo database grows 2-5 GB per year from invoices, product images, and email attachments. Most businesses never clean up. You end up paying for duplicate files, orphaned PDFs from deleted records, and 3-year-old quotes nobody needs.

This addon adds a Storage Manager screen to your Settings menu. It lists every attachment in your database with its size, upload date, linked record, and duplicate status. Sort by largest files first or filter to attachments older than a date you pick. Select the files you want gone and click Archive or Delete. Archived files move to a separate folder but stay linked to records if you need them later.

The dashboard shows a 12-month storage trend graph so you can spot when a department starts uploading 50 MB videos instead of compressed images. One manufacturing client deleted 18 GB of duplicate product photos in 35 minutes. A consulting firm archived all attachments older than 24 months and cut their database backup time by 40 percent.

Works on Odoo 16 through 19. No configuration needed after install.
