Key Features
Customer Order Stepper
Provide a clear progress bar on the customer portal detailing exactly whether the order is Confirmed, Packed, Shipped, or Delivered.
Workflow Validation
Configure strict requirements per order state (e.g. check for fully paid, validated delivery, or posted invoice before allowing status transition).
Bulk Operations
Update tracking status, expected delivery date, and custom tracking messages for multiple sales orders at once from the backend list view.
Custom Messaging
Add unique descriptions and status messages shown directly on the portal alongside the progress bar to keep customers informed.

Configuration & Usage
1. Managing States
Navigate to Sales or Website settings under Configuration -> Order Statuses to set up your custom states.
- Set sequence to determine stepper ordering.
- Toggle website visibility options.
- Check required validations (paid invoice, validated picking, etc.).
2. Bulk Updates
Select multiple Quotations or Sales Orders from the backend list view, select "Action -> Update Order Status", and specify details.
- Update order status in bulk.
- Set expected delivery date in bulk.
- Add custom message in bulk.
