Auto Export to Excel by Schedule
Features
Flexible Export Configuration:
Define Export Name, select Model, set Recipients, choose Interval Type (Daily, Weekly, Monthly), and assign an Email Template.
Automated Email Delivery:
Exported Excel files are automatically emailed to the configured recipients as attachments.

Scheduled Auto Exports (Cron-Based)
Automatically export data at Daily, Weekly, or Monthly intervals using Odoo’s built-in scheduler — no manual trigger needed.

Select exactly which fields you want to include in the export with a user-friendly UI.
Access-Independent Exporting
Users without access rights to specific models or records can still receive exported data via email, ensuring secure and controlled data sharing.
Open Settings, go to Technical, and click on Auto Export.
Fill in the required details properly.
Click on Fields to Export.
Click the plus (+) icon next to the fields for which you want data.
Set custom domain filters to export exactly the data you want.
Click the Activate Scheduler button.
Set specific Time period of data export when cron run.
You will see a log message confirming that the cron is activated.
At the time of execution, any activity performed can be viewed in the log notes.
A successful mail will be sent to the email ID entered under Receptionist.
