Automated Leave Accrual
Seamless Yearly Resets & Monthly Credits
Take the manual effort out of HR management. This module automates the entire lifecycle of employee leave balances, from January 1st resets and Carry Forward logic to mid-month joiner prorating. Ensure every active employee receives exactly 1.5 days per month, alongside their 2 optional leaves, without lifting a finger.
Smart Monthly Accruals
The module initializes yearly records on Jan 1st with an immediate 1.5-day credit and 2 Optional Leaves. For mid-month joiners, it intelligently waits until the 1st of the following month to generate their record and begin the monthly 1.5-day accrual cycle.

Intelligent Carry Forward
Never lose hard-earned time. At the end of the year, the system automatically transfers up to 6 days of Earned Leaves and 6 days of WFH to the new year's balance. Any remaining leaves above this threshold are automatically cleared to keep the records clean.
