On Odoo Online?
Odoo Online doesn’t allow installing third-party apps, so this connector can’t be installed there. You can still use automaited Sales Order AI on the Odoo Online Custom plan — reach out to us at support@automaited.com and we’ll help you connect your Odoo. On-premise and Odoo.sh customers use this connector for one-click setup.
External service & data transmission
Free to start. The app is free, and creating an automaited account is free with a quota to test the full workflow. Order processing runs on the automaited platform; continued use beyond the free quota needs a paid automaited plan, billed by automaited directly.
With your explicit in-app consent, the connector transmits to automaited: your Odoo instance URL, database name, the integration user login and an Odoo API key. The automaited platform then reads the master data required for order matching (partners, products, taxes) and writes the sales orders you approve. Order documents you route to automaited (e-mails, PDFs) are processed by AI on the automaited platform. See the privacy policy.
Getting started
Install the app, open Settings → automaited Sales Order AI, accept the data-transmission consent and click Connect to automaited. You’ll finish sign-up in the automaited dashboard.
