Kanban Stage Confirmation
Use simple configuration to control grouped Kanban stage changes with confirmation popups or block rules. No coding is needed. Just create rules by model, stage field, source stage, destination stage, user groups, and company.
Control stage transitions with simple configuration.
Show a confirmation popup before a record is moved from one Kanban stage to another.
Prevent restricted stage changes and show a clear warning message to the user.
Works with grouped Kanban views that use a many2one stage field, such as CRM stages and similar flows.
Apply rules by source stage, destination stage, groups, company, title, and custom message text.
Set up the behavior from Odoo settings.
Create rules from Settings > Technical > Kanban Stage Confirmations.

The stage move works exactly like standard Odoo behavior.
Confirmation Rule
