Open any PDF Report
Navigate to Layout Editor → PDF Reports, pick any QWeb PDF report (Invoice, Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Slip, ...) and click Layout.
Pick a starting template
Choose from all built-in templates (Classic, Modern, Compact, Letterhead) or apply one of your own saved templates with a single click.
Design your layout
Drag blocks from the sidebar onto the canvas. Configure each block’s properties in the right panel. Adjust page margins, column order, fonts, alignment — everything visual, no coding.
Activate & reuse
Toggle the layout to Active and it automatically replaces the default report output. Save your design as a template to reuse it on other documents, or share it across your organization.

Yes. The visual drag & drop editor replaces manual QWeb coding. Place blocks, configure properties, preview and activate — all without writing XML.
Does it work with custom reports?
Yes. Any Odoo report of type qweb-pdf (ir.actions.report) can be edited, including custom module reports.
