1. Configuration Menu Access
Navigate to Configuration â Batch Report Configurations to set up batch downloads for any model in your Odoo system.
2. Create Configuration - No Reports Specified
Create a new configuration by selecting the target model. Leave reports empty to make ALL available reports accessible for batch download.
3. Configuration - With Specific Reports
Restrict available reports by selecting only specific ones. Perfect for controlling which reports users can batch download.
4. Batch Download Wizard - All Reports Available
When configuration has no specific reports, users see ALL available reports for the model and can choose which one to generate.
5. Batch Download Wizard - Limited Reports
When configuration restricts reports, users only see the approved options - great for controlled document access.
6. Organized ZIP Output with Subfolders
The downloaded ZIP file contains folders and subfolders with properly named PDF files for easy navigation and organization.
