Separate numbering for Quotations and Sale Orders in Odoo 19
This module provides two independent numbering sequences for the sales process: one for Quotations and another for Sale Orders. When a quotation is confirmed, it automatically switches to a new Sale Order sequence, while retaining the original quotation reference for traceability.

How It Works
- Create a quotation â it receives a quotation number (e.g. QTN/2025/0001).
- Confirm the quotation â it becomes a sale order with a new number (e.g. SO/2025/0001).
- The next quotation automatically starts from the next available number (e.g. QTN/2025/0002).
Installation & Configuration
- Upload and install the module in your Odoo 19 instance.
- Ensure sale_management is installed (dependency).
- Adjust the sequences from Settings â Technical â Sequences if required.
