User Roles & Settings

Travel Reservation user and manager groups control access to reservation fields, service wizard, and internal cost sheet. Configure who can add travel services and view margin data.

Configuration

Travel Reservation settings and travel service products. Define default service types, suppliers, and the discount product used for reservation-level discounts.

Sale Order / Quotation View

Quotation form with Travel Reservation block (agency, agent, client, voucher reference, expiration) and action buttons. Reservation details appear above the tabs so they are visible at a glance.

Order lines with service type, description, supplier, quantity, and financial columns. Add Service button below the lines and Edit Service per line for travel services.

Travel totals section with coupon and promotions options and amount summary: total, total vouchered, margin, untaxed amount, taxes, and margin % in company currency.

Add / Edit Travel Service Wizard

Wizard to add or edit a travel service line: service type, product, supplier, booking status, and policy notes. Service-specific tabs (Hotel, Car, Meet & Greet, Tour, etc.) show according to the selected type.

Pricing section in the wizard: buying rate, selling rate, discount, taxes, and computed subtotal and margin. Save or Add Service writes the line back to the quotation.

Service-Specific Forms (Wizard / Line)

Hotel: country, city, hotel name, room type, meal plan, check-in/out, rooms, nights, adults, kids. Fields match the confirmation letter layout for vouchers.

Car/Transport: pickup and drop-off date/time and location, transportation type, number of vehicles, days, people, baggage, driver and contact details.

Meet & Greet: service type (arrival/departure), service date/time, number of services and people, greeter and client contact, arrival and departure details.

Tour: country, city, pickup location and datetime, tour name, guide, adults and children, and buying/selling price per adult and child.

Yacht: count, type, start/end datetime, days, occupancy (adults/kids), and contact. Quantity and pricing align with yacht days and capacity.

Cruise: cruise name and type, start/end dates, days, passengers, cabin type, and contact. Suitable for cruise and ferry bookings.

Jet/Helicopter: aircraft and flight type, departure and arrival location and datetime, passengers, baggage, contact, and aviation notes.

Villa/Apartment: property name, type, location, check-in/out, nights, bedrooms, occupancy, contact, and confirmation number.

Booking Voucher (Customer-Facing)

Travel Voucher report in confirmation letter style: guest name, destination, check-in/out, duration, hotel name and address, room table with cancellation policy and total. Uses default Odoo header/footer.

Second page of the voucher: transportation confirmation (from/to, pick-up time, driver, car type) and optional reservation notes and totals (coupon, promotions, discount, total, margin).

Internal Cost Sheet

Internal cost sheet report: order and customer, then sections by service type with table of service, supplier, qty, buying rate, total net buying, selling subtotal, margin and margin %. Totals for cost, untaxed, and margin at the bottom.
