The BB Training Management Suite is a comprehensive solution for training centers, corporate L&D, and certification bodies. It covers student profiles, course catalogs, attendance sheets with pass/fail results, certificate issuance with QR verification and validity periods, trainer profiles with documents and KPIs, sales integration for quotations and invoicing, and expiry reminders for certificates and trainer competencies—all with a multi-company safe dashboard.

A) Student Management

Centralized student profiles with identification and training history:

Profiles: Name, contact, email, and link to contact (partner) for customer context
Identification: ID type (passport, visa, national ID, etc.), number, and snapshot on attendance lines
Status: Active or blocked with clear visibility in list and kanban views
Smart Buttons: Quick access to trainings (attendance sheets), certificates, and attendance lines from the student form

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is the module multi-company supported?

A: Yes. Students, courses, attendance sheets, certificates, and trainers are company-scoped. Record rules and domains ensure users only see and create records for their allowed companies. The dashboard and all KPIs respect the current company context.

Q: Can we verify a certificate using the QR code?

A: Yes. Each certificate has a unique verification code and a QR code on the print. The QR code points to a public verification URL (configurable). Anyone can scan or open the link and verify the certificate without logging in.

Q: Can we issue certificates only after attendance confirmation?

A: Yes. Attendance sheets must be in Confirmed state before you can issue certificates. Certificates are created only for lines that are Present and Pass. Once issued, the sheet moves to Certificates Issued and you can then create a quotation from it.

Q: Can we auto-generate a quotation from attendance?

A: Yes. From an attendance sheet in Certificates Issued state, use the Create Quotation action. A sale order is created with one line per passed student (or per your configuration), using the course’s linked product. Line descriptions can be auto-filled from the course for invoice-ready text.

Q: Can we get notified before a certificate expires?

A: Yes. In Settings you can set how many days before expiry to send reminders. A scheduled action runs to send reminder emails and create activities for certificates (and separately for trainer documents) expiring within that window. Reminder days are configurable per environment.
