Q: Which system should be the stock master?
A: This depends on where your primary inventory operations happen. If you process orders in Zoho, set Zoho as master. If Odoo handles warehouse operations, set Odoo as master. Avoid bidirectional mode unless absolutely necessary.
Q: Are stock adjustments created automatically?
A: Stock adjustments are created in draft by default, allowing review before validation. You can enable auto-validation in settings if you trust the data source.
Q: How are products matched between systems?
A: Products are matched by SKU/internal reference by default. You can also use the product mapping wizard to manually map products or use auto-mapping by name.
Q: Can I sync only specific warehouses?
A: Yes, you can configure which warehouses to sync in the warehouse mapping. Unmapped warehouses will be ignored or use the default warehouse depending on your settings.
Q: Is sales/purchase order sync required?
A: No, order sync is optional and disabled by default. You can enable it if you need to synchronize orders between systems. Stock sync can work independently.
