El problema que resuelve
En construcción, el presupuesto lo hace el arquitecto o aparejador con programas como Presto, Arquímedes (CYPE), Menfis o Gest, y lo entrega en un fichero .bc3 (el formato estándar español FIEBDC-3). Meter ese presupuesto a mano en tu ERP son horas de tecleo y errores. Este módulo lo importa entero en segundos.
Qué hace
- Importa la jerarquía completa — capítulos, subcapítulos y partidas con su estructura.
- Código, unidad, cantidad y precio de cada partida.
- Calcula precios de dos formas: precio directo (estilo Presto) y precio descompuesto sumando mano de obra + materiales + maquinaria (estilo CYPE).
- Importa las descripciones largas de cada partida.
- Detecta la codificación automáticamente (UTF-8 / ANSI / Latin-1), incluso cuando el fichero declara mal su charset.
- Totales por capítulo y total general calculados solos.
Del BC3 al presupuesto de venta en 2 clicks
- Menú BC3 → Importar BC3 y subes el fichero .bc3.
- Se crea el presupuesto con todos los capítulos y partidas.
- Botón "Crear presupuesto de venta" → eliges el cliente.
- Odoo genera un presupuesto de venta (sale.order) con cada capítulo como sección y cada partida como línea, listo para enviar al cliente, confirmar y facturar.
Así el presupuesto que te manda el arquitecto se convierte en tu oferta comercial sin teclear nada. Funciona con el módulo Ventas estándar de Odoo.
Validado con ficheros reales
Probado contra presupuestos reales exportados de Presto (precio directo) y de CYPE (precio descompuesto), de obra civil de abastecimiento de agua y de vivienda unifamiliar. Importa correctamente la jerarquía, las cantidades y los precios en ambos estilos.
Dependencia mínima
Solo requiere el módulo base de Odoo. Funciona suelto o junto a cualquier módulo de gestión de obras.
