Validation/Warnings:

Customers from the selected Sale Order should be the same otherwise you will get a warning window displayed on your screen ‘Customers must be the same in both Sale Orders’.

You must select at least two sale orders to merge, otherwise you will get a warning window displayed on your screen ‘You must select at least two sale orders to merge.’

Configurations:

To Merge Sale orders, select multiple orders in the Quotation or Quotation Sent stage, then go to the 'Action' tab and choose the Merge Purchase Order option.

When you click on the 'Merge Sale Orders' you will be asked to choose from four different options before merging the orders.

1. Create new order
2. Create a new order and delete the selected orders.
3. Merge order on existing selected order and delete others.
4. Create a new order and cancel the selected orders.
5. Merge order on existing selected order and cancel others.

1. Create New Order

If you select the first option, 'Create a new order by merging orders,' clicking the Merge button will create a new order without affecting the selected orders.

2. Create a new order and delete the selected orders.

If you select the second option, 'Create a new order and delete the selected orders', clicking on the Merge button will create a new order while deleting the selected orders.

3. Merge order on existing selected order and delete others.

If you select the third option, 'Merge order on existing selected order and delete others', You can select an existing order to which you want to add the other selected orders. After clicking the Merge button, the selected orders will be merged with the existing order, and the remaining selected orders will be deleted.

4. Create a new order and cancel the selected orders.

If you select the fourth option, ' Create a new order and cancel the selected orders,' clicking the Merge button will create a new order while canceling the selected orders.

5. Merge order on existing selected order and cancel others.

If you select the fifth option, 'Merge order on existing selected order and cancel others', You can select an existing order to which you want to add the other selected orders. After clicking the Merge button, the selected orders will be merged with the existing order, and the remaining selected orders will be canceled.
