Ships the abridged-schema rubric tree with the official rubric codes and the Belgian PCMN account-code prefixes, plus full/micro schema records and a size-criteria helper (art. 1:24-1:26 CSA) to suggest the applicable schema. Maps every GL account to a rubric (explicit account or longest-prefix match), flags unmapped accounts, extracts posted balances over the fiscal year and rolls them up the rubric tree into totals/subtotals. Checks that assets equal liabilities and exports the filled schema as a working-paper CSV.
