A pure-python CODA parser that reads the header, old/new balance, every movement (record 2.1/2.2/2.3) and information records (3.x), decoding the amount sign, dates, counterparty and free/structured communication. Structured communication (+++123/4567/89012+++) extraction with the real modulo-97 control check. A matching engine with three strategies in order of confidence: 1. structured communication → exact invoice match (100%), 2. counterparty name + open residual amount (85%), 3. counterparty IBAN → partner (40%, partner only). Ambiguous hits are flagged for manual arbitration. A balance integrity check (old balance + movements = new balance).
