Why Choose This Module
What it does Per-km calculation: distance (round-trip) x commuting days x the yearly per-km rate (e.g. €0.35/km for 2025). Daily cap: the exempt allowance per day is capped (the rate applies up to a maximum number of km per day); km beyond the cap are flagged. Yearly exemption ceiling: the bicycle allowance is exempt from tax and ONSS up to a yearly ceiling per employee (e.g. €3.610 for income 2024). The engine tracks the YTD total and flags the taxable excess. Monthly run generating one line per employee from their bike-commuting profile (distance + days), with manual adjustment. Payroll feed CSV for the social secretariat (exempt amount + taxable excess), under the customer's own process.
