Pourquoi choisir ce module
Calcul par km : distance (aller-retour) × jours de trajet × le taux annuel au km (p. ex. 0,35 €/km pour 2025). Plafond journalier : l'indemnité exonérée par jour est plafonnée (le taux s'applique jusqu'à un nombre maximum de km par jour) ; les km au-delà du plafond sont signalés. Plafond annuel d'exonération : l'indemnité vélo est exonérée d'impôt et d'ONSS jusqu'à un plafond annuel par employé (p. ex. 3 610 € pour les revenus 2024). Le moteur suit le total cumulé et signale l'excédent imposable. Calcul mensuel générant une ligne par employé à partir de son profil de trajet à vélo (distance + jours), avec ajustement manuel. Alimentation de la paie en CSV pour le secrétariat social (montant exonéré + excédent imposable), selon le propre processus du client.
