Notional-interest deduction Builds corrected equity from opening/closing figures and applies the art. 205ter exclusions (own shares, financial fixed assets, investment-company shares, unreasonable tangible assets, director-used property, foreign PE). Implements the current incremental regime: one fifth of the positive difference between the period's risk capital and that of the fifth preceding period, with a helper to pre-fill the historic series from prior worksheets. Applies the seeded annual NID rate (OLO-based) plus the +0.5% small-company supplement and tracks the carry-forward.
