What it computes Simple pécule (simple pécule de vacances): the normal remuneration for the legal holiday days, based on the gross monthly salary and the days acquired from the prior service (exercice de vacances).
Double pécule (double pécule de
Double pécule (double pécule de vacances): a statutory supplement equal to 92 %** of the gross monthly salary, prorated on the months of service in the reference year (1/12 per month).
Holiday rights (jours de congé)
Holiday rights (jours de congé) acquired from the months worked in the previous year (the 12 months → 20 legal days for a 5-day week).
Departure pécule (pécule de sortie)
Departure pécule (pécule de sortie): on exit, 15.34 % of the gross remuneration earned in the current year (simple + double for that year) plus the still-due double for the previous year.
