Why Choose This Module
What it does Seeded, editable catalogue of federal and regional (Flanders / Wallonia / Brussels) reduction schemes with their age, wage-ceiling, first-hire-rank, workload and duration parameters. Per-quarter tracker: load employees, test each one against the schemes, and compute the quarterly reduction with prorata for part-timers and a remaining- quarters countdown for duration-limited schemes. A suggestion engine that finds the highest reduction an employee qualifies for, so nobody is left on a sub-optimal scheme. The degressive work bonus (R = A - alpha(S - S0)) computed from seeded, indexed brackets. A one-click rollover to the next quarter that increments consumed quarters and drops expired schemes.
