Transfer Record Menu
Features a new “Transfer Record” menu in Odoo to manage employee movement history, including Department Transfer and Intern-to-Employee conversion.
Employees Transfer Department
When an employee is transferred to another department, users execute the department transfer action on the employee form. The system automatically creates a record with: employees, old department, new department, date transferred, and saves it as transfer history.
Intern Upgrade To Employee
When an intern is upgraded to a full-time employee, users execute the convert to employee action on the employee record. The system automatically creates a conversion history with: intern, department, date upgraded, and stores it in the upgrade history.
