Fabric Odoo Connector Access Rights

User have to enable "Fabric Odoo Connector" option to access Microsoft Fabric in Odoo.

Configure Microsoft Fabric Connection

User can configure the Microsoft Fabric connection by generating API key.

Sync Data with Microsoft Fabric

User can easily synchronized Odoo data with Microsoft Fabric.

Configure Odoo Model

Configure specific Odoo model and also apply domain filter.

Support Copy Job Workflow

Apply copy job workflow to manage synchronization process.

Sync Logs

User can view the synchronization logs of Microsoft Fabric.

Fabric Odoo Connector Access Rights

Under user configuration, Option to enable "Fabric Odoo Connector" to accessing Microsoft Fabric in Odoo.

Create Microsoft Fabric Connection

User needs to enter connection name and enable API settings for all models.

Under "Configured Models" tab, User needs to choose Odoo model.

Create Configured Models Configuration

User can choose any of the Odoo model from dropdown.

User have the option to apply a domain filter, Configure synchronization rules for records to be synced with Microsoft Fabric, and set a record limit.

In "Excluded Fields", User can exclude specific fields from synchronization with Microsoft Fabric.

Generate API Key

Once configured models, User needs to generate unique API key by click on "Generate API Key" button.

User needs to give confirmation for generating a new API key.

In Microsoft Fabric, User can create own workspace and click on "New Item" button.

User can select "Copy Job" option to fetch the data.

User needs to enter job name and click on "Create" button.

User needs to search source as "Rest" and click on it.

User needs to enter base URL and click on "Next" button.

User needs to enter model name in relative URL and also add additional header with API key and click on next button.

User needs to select Fabric item to create a job.

User needs to enter name and click on "Create and Connect" button.

User needs to select root folder and click on "Next" button.

User can edit column mapping and click on "Next" button.

User can review the job summary and click on "Save + Run" button.

Job Created Successfully

User can see the job created successfully.

In workspace, User can see the created job item and click on that to view the data.

Synced Odoo Data in Microsoft Fabric

User can see the synchronized Odoo data in Microsoft Fabric.

User can view the synchronized logs of Microsoft Fabric.
