⚙️ Configuration Guide
Phase 1 — Install & Activate
Install the Module
Go to Odoo Apps, search All in One Loyalty, click Install. All dependencies install automatically.
Verify Dependencies
Requires point_of_sale, sale_management, website_sale, account, and stock. The installer handles all dependencies.
Phase 2 — Configure the Loyalty Program
Open Loyalty Configuration
Navigate to Loyalty → Configuration → Loyalty Settings. Open the loyalty program configuration record.
Set Earn Rate
Set Points per Currency Unit (e.g. 1 point per $1 spent). This applies across Sale, POS, and Website channels uniformly.
Set Redeem Rate & Minimum
Set Discount per Point (e.g. $0.01 per point) and Minimum Points required before redemption is allowed.
Save & Activate
Save the configuration. The loyalty program is now active. All new confirmed orders will automatically earn points for the customer.
Phase 3 — Using the Program
Confirm a Sale Order
Confirm any sale order with a linked customer. Points are automatically calculated and added to the customer's loyalty balance. View balance on the partner form.
Redeem Points
On a sale order, click Redeem Loyalty Points. Enter the points to redeem. A discount line is added automatically. Works the same in POS and Website checkout.
View Loyalty Dashboard
Navigate to Loyalty → Dashboard to see program KPIs, top customers, channel breakdown (Sale / POS / Website), and recent transactions.
