Real-Time Shipment Tracking
Track shipments in real time with ShipBob, ensuring instant updates and improved delivery visibility
ShipBob Delivery Method
User need to enter ShipBob Token in shipBob shipping method.
Create Sale Order and Add Shipping
User can create a new sale order and click on the "Add Shipping" button to select a shipping method.
Add a Shipping Method Wizard
User need to select ShipBob Shipping Connector method, Product Type as 'Regular' or 'Bundle' and click on "Get rate" button to get the rate of shipping service and click on "Add" button.
User can see the delivery rate is updated in sale order line. Now click on Confirm button to confirm the sale order.
ShipBob Shipping Connector Delivery Method in Carrier
User can see the ShipBob Shipping Connector delivery method is updated in carrier and click on Validate button to Done delivery.
ShipBob Tracking Reference
User can see the delivery is done and tracking reference, shipment ID and Order ID is generated.
ShipBob Order Tracking
User can track the order status on shipBob page by clicking on Tracking button in delivery order.
