Do I need a Chatwoot instance to use this module?
Yes. The module sends messages through Chatwoot's WhatsApp channel. You also need the following Odoo dependencies installed: base, mail, whatsapp, blue_chat_v3, phone_validation. A working Chatwoot + WhatsApp setup must be in place before installation.
Can I send messages to multiple leads at once?
Absolutely. The module includes a bulk-send action that lets you select a list of contacts, partners or leads and broadcast a campaign in a single operation with per-record personalization.
Is this compatible with Odoo 19 and multi-company?
Yes. The module is built specifically for Odoo 19 under the OPL-1 license. Multi-company credentials are supported out of the box, so each company can use its own Chatwoot instance and WhatsApp number.
