Frequently Asked Questions
Can I query statistics for a specific customer?
Yes. Open any customer form, click "Consultar estatísticas" and the wizard pre-fills the customer. You can also filter by ASAAS customer ID for cross-referencing.
Is historical data saved?
Every API fetch creates a new record with timestamp and full JSON response. You can browse historical snapshots in list view to compare data over time.
Does it support multi-company?
Yes. Each company has its own ASAAS provider, balance snapshots and statistics records. Smart buttons on res.company forms scope data automatically.
Can I export reports?
Yes. All statistics views include graph and pivot modes â use Odoo native export to PDF or Excel directly from any view.
