Employee's signature can be set from 2 ways

1. By User

1.1 User Login > My Profile

1.2 Browse Signature Image File

1.3 Click "Save" to confirm settings.

2. By HR Officer

2.1 Access to Employee Data

2.2 Browse Signature Image File

2.3 Click "Save" to confirm settings.
