Go to Settings â Branded QR Codes and enable the feature. Choose your QR style (Square, Rounded, or Dots) and pick a brand color.

Under the Logo section, select Use Company Logo or upload a custom image. Set the logo size (%) and margin (px) to your preference.

The Live Preview section shows your branded QR in real-time as you change settings â no need to generate a PDF to check the result.

Print any Customer Invoice â the payment QR code and the "PAY IN A FLASH" portal QR are both replaced with your branded version, logo embedded.

Event tickets and attendee badges also get the branded QR automatically â no extra configuration needed. Works with all badge formats (A6, A4, 4-per-sheet).
