Open the Reporting Menu
Navigate to Inventory → Reporting to find the Inventory Advanced Filter and Report menu entry.
Configure Filters in the Wizard
The filter wizard opens as a modal. Select search type, products, location, and date range, then click View Products.
View Used Products
The filtered list of used products is displayed with full details for the selected period and location.
Click View Movements
Click View Movements in the wizard to drill into complete stock movement history for your filtered products.
Stock Moves Detail
Every inventory transaction for the selected products and location is listed within the defined date window.
Print Movements Record
Click Print Movements Record to generate a formatted PDF of all stock movements for your selected filters.
PDF Report Output
The PDF is neatly formatted and ready to download, share, or archive for audits and management reviews.
Filter Unused Products
Switch search type to Unused Products and click View Record to identify idle inventory in your warehouse.
Unused Product List
The full list of unused products for the selected date range and location, ready for review or action.
