Bulk Order Management Application

Access the Bulk Order Management module from the main dashboard to begin creating and managing bulk orders.

Bulk Order List View

View all existing bulk orders in a structured list view, showing their type, customer, status, and associated documents.

Create Bulk Orders

To create a new bulk order, choose the Order Type (Sale, Purchase, or Manufacturing), select the Customer, add products under Order Lines, and confirm the bulk order.

Create Sale Order

After confirming a bulk order with type Sale Order, click CREATE SALE ORDER to automatically generate a corresponding sales order.

Create Purchase Order

For bulk orders of type Purchase Order, confirm the bulk entry and then click CREATE PURCHASE ORDER to generate a new purchase order.

Create Manufacturing Order

For bulk orders intended for Manufacturing, confirm the bulk entry and click CREATE MANUFACTURING ORDER to generate the manufacturing order.
