Bridge your bus bookings to Accounting. When a booking is paid it can raise a proper customer invoice; when it is cancelled or refunded it raises the matching credit note — with the correct country/tax applied through fiscal positions, and no double-counting against POS revenue.
Auto-invoice on payment
Optionally post an invoice automatically the moment a booking is paid, or raise it on demand from the booking form.
Credit notes on refund
Cancelling a paid booking generates a credit note for the refunded amount — the cancellation fee stays on the original invoice.
Right tax, every country
Taxes are computed from the ticket product and mapped through the customer’s fiscal position — the standard multi-country engine.
POS-safe
Counter (POS) sales already book their revenue in the session, so those bookings are deliberately skipped — never invoiced twice.
One product, one tax rule, clean books
Ships a Bus Ticket service product and reuses each company’s fiscal setup, so revenue and tax land on the right accounts automatically — website, portal and back-office bookings alike.
Set-up
1Install Bus Booking — Accounting (it pulls in Accounting and the base app). A “Bus Ticket” product is created for each company.
2In Settings ▸ Bus Booking pick the ticket product and toggle auto-invoice on payment if you want it hands-free.
3Open any booking — Create Invoice and the Invoices smart button are on the form; cancellations raise credit notes automatically.
Needs the free Bus Booking base app. Optional across the whole suite (website, portal, POS).
