Key Features
How it Works?
1 Configure Settings (Disable / Enable)
Use the Settings page to enable the KPI reports and choose which companies and users receive them. Toggle the main "Enable Daily Business Performance Report" option to enable or disable automated delivery.
2 Select Delivery Options & KPIs
Once active, select your KPIs, delivery method (Email/SMS), and duration. Importantly, you can choose specific companies to receive reports company-wise or all companies.
3 KPI List View
Browse available KPIs in the list view. KPIs are organized by category (Sales, Website, POS, Accounting, Payments, Purchase) — pick the ones you want in email/sms.
4 Adjust Report Schedule
If you'd like, you can modify the time and frequency at which the KPI report is sent. Simply activate the developer mode and go to the Scheduled Actions section, find the action named "Daily Business KPI Report", and adjust its schedule as needed.
5 Email Preview
Monitor your business performance with an organized email summary displaying all your selected KPIs in one view.
6 SMS Preview
Monitor your business performance with an organized SMS summary displaying all your selected KPIs in one view.
