Key Highlights
Easily cancel individual or multiple Landed Costs directly from the list (tree) view.
Provides three different ways to cancel Landed Costs, offering flexibility for various workflows.
Enable the “Landed Cost Cancel Features” option to allow cancellation of landed costs.
To configure the cancellation behavior, select your preferred Landed Cost Cancellation Method and save the changes.
Navigate to Inventory → Operations → Landed Costs
Click the “Create” button to create a new landed cost.
Select the required Transfers, Vendor Bill, and Additional Cost Details.
Click the “Compute” button to calculate the landed cost.
The landed cost will be calculated for the products included in the selected transfers.
Click the “Validate” button to validate the landed cost.
Once validated, the corresponding Journal Entry and Valuation Adjustments will be created.
Click the “Cancel” button to cancel the landed cost.
The Journal Entry and Valuation Adjustments will be removed, and the state will be updated to Cancelled.
Enable the “Cancel and Reset to Draft” option in General Settings to allow cancelling the landed cost and resetting it to the Draft state.
Click the “Cancel” button.
The Journal Entry and Valuation Adjustments will be removed, and the state will change back to Draft.
Enable the “Cancel and Delete” option in General Settings to allow cancelling the landed cost and deleting the record.
Click the “Cancel” button.
After The "CANCEL" The Corresponding Landed Cost Will Be Deleted.
