Overview
Load vendor RFQs and purchase orders through Import Hub with document-mode rows, validation, and batch import options for sequence and confirmation stage.
Import Hub
Purchase Orders card under the Purchase category with Sessions, Sample, Map File and Import.
Document Mode
Vendor header + lines share one External ID / PO number; sparse continuation rows supported.
Validation
Full validation counters and Validation Log with soft-skip reasons for missing vendors/products.
PO Options
System or file sequence; import as draft RFQ or confirm on import.
Batch Import
Resume, create/update, skip duplicates and configurable batch size.
Accounting Ready
Pairs with the Accounting pack for vendor bill ↔ PO linking.
