Odoo ShipStation Connector — Sync shipments, get live rates, generate labels, and manage multi-carrier shipping effortlessly.
Overview
Improve tracking visibility and streamline logistics by connecting ShipStation to Odoo with API v2. Configure instances, sync carriers and services, attach ShipStation to delivery methods, quote shipping on sales orders, and purchase labels when you validate outgoing transfers. Optional per-package insurance and signature options flow through to ShipStation.
This module enables a package transfer system where users can select shipments directly. Without Put in Pack, shipments are treated as a single package using total product weight. With Put in Pack, users can manage multi-parcel shipments with per-package weight, insurance, and signature options.
How It Works
01 — Instance & master data
Create a ShipStation instance, enter API credentials, and run Sync master data to load carriers, services, and related data for API v2.
02 — Delivery methods & sales orders
Add a delivery method with provider ShipStation, choose the instance, ShipStation carrier, and service. Sales orders can retrieve live shipping rates for the delivery line.
03 — Outgoing transfers
On outgoing pickings, use the Carrier field and/or the ShipStation tab. Get rates loads options for the configured carrier; validate to create the shipment
