Pro computes each customer's average payment delay from your reconciled history and shifts expected receipt dates to match — an invoice due on the 10th from a customer who averages 12 days late is forecast on the 22nd. The original due date always stays visible, and your manual expected dates always win. This single feature removes the false comfort that sinks spreadsheet forecasts.
Rehearse the bad news: scenario planning
Your biggest customer just emailed that payment slips 30 days. Clone the live forecast, apply the delay to that customer only, and watch the low point move. Then pull levers — pause a capex item, shift a purchase batch, adjust pipeline probability — until the breach clears. Scenarios are pure sandboxes: your live forecast and your accounting are never touched.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need first?
The free CashFlow Pilot app (same author) must be installed — Pro extends it. Sales/Purchase pipeline layers activate automatically if you use those apps.
How does licensing work?
One-time purchase per Odoo major version, with updates for that version included. No activation keys, no lock-in — the standard Odoo Apps model.
How much history does the behavior model need?
By default it looks back 12 months and needs at least 3 fully paid invoices per customer; below that it safely falls back to due dates. Lookback and sample size are configurable.
Can scenarios corrupt my live forecast?
No. Scenarios are isolated sandboxes; the live forecast and your accounting remain bit-for-bit unchanged.
Community Edition too?
Yes — every Pro feature runs on Community and Enterprise, on Odoo 19, with no Enterprise dependencies.
