POS Customer Lookup Display
Search by phone · select customer · link to order
On the POS Customer Display, a customer types their mobile / phone number, matching partners (including loyalty customers) are found in the background, and the selected customer is set on the cashier's active order. No cashier lookup required.
1. Enter Mobile Number
Customer enters their mobile / phone number on the 2nd display and taps Search.
2. Personal Welcome + Order
After selection, the display shows HI <name> and the live order cart with totals.
3. Confirmed on Display
Customer is confirmed on the display and linked to the cashier's active POS order.
Key Features
Self Check-in
A touch-friendly number pad lets customers enter their phone number and search for themselves from the second display.
Personal Welcome
After selection, the display greets the customer by name and can optionally show their available loyalty points (per POS setting).
Same Browser or Separate Device
Search and selection go through the backend and are pushed to the POS via the bus, whether the display runs locally or remotely.
Faster Checkout
The partner is set on the running order automatically, reducing manual customer lookups at the till.
Requirements
Requires Point of Sale. Compatible with Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise.
