ODOO'S FUNCTION
Odoo allows users to define Analytic Distribution Models and automatically apply analytic accounts to transaction lines based on matching criteria. However, the analytic distribution must be configured directly and does not automatically generate related analytic accounts across different analytic plans.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo enhances the Analytic Distribution Model by allowing users to define analytic accounts per analytic plan. Based on the selected accounts, the system automatically populates the related analytic accounts from other plans and applies the complete analytic distribution to transaction lines.

CONFIGURATION
1. Go to Accounting > Configuration > Analytic Accounting > Analytic Distribution Models
You can see that for each Analytic Plan, there is a corresponding column in the Analytic Distribution Models table.
When a new Analytic Plan is created, it is automatically added as a new column here.

2. Config an existing Analytic Distribution Model or click New to create one

For example, with the
Apple Pie
product, we set Project as
Nebula - Azure Interior
and Departments as
Finance
, with the Analytic Distribution mapped to
Operating Costs
and
Task1

USAGE
Create a Sales Order/Purchase Order or Customer Invoice > The Analytic Distribution is automatically applied to each order line based on the matching configuration - by Partner, Product Template, or Product - so users do not need to fill it in manually.
For example, when filling Nebula - Azure Interior as Project and Finance as Departments, the Analytic Distribution will auto be Operating Costs and Task1 |
