ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, there is no Revenue Sharing, so sales revenue cannot be automatically allocated to their individual components.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo enhances the standard process by introducing Revenue Sharing (%), allowing sales revenue of Kit products to be allocated among their component items. This improvement leads to enhanced accuracy and better traceability in revenue management.
|
1. Go to Bills of Material and set the Revenue Sharing (%) for each component of the product. Note:
|
|
|
2. Go to Sales and create a Sales Order for the configured product > Create and Confirm the Invoice from this SO |
|
|
Under the
Journal Items
tab, we can see the
allocated amount of each component’s cost
when selling the kit.
Calculation:
Note that if the
Analytic Distribution
is set, it will be kept the same in the revenue sharing Journal Items.
