ODOO'S FUNCTION

In Odoo, the Point of Sale receipt layout is limited to the default receipt structure provided by the system. Users cannot freely design the receipt using their own XML-based configuration, so any customization usually requires technical development or direct code changes. This makes it difficult for businesses to create a receipt format that matches their branding, legal requirements, or specific information display needs.

CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION

CLuedoo enhances the standard POS receipt process by introducing a way for users to create and design custom POS receipts by themselves using an XML-based configuration.

This allows users to personalize POS receipts quickly and independently, making the receipt output more adaptable, professional, and aligned with their business needs.

1. Go to Point of Sale > Configuration > Receipt Designs. Access an existing design/ create new > User can set up custom receipt design.	Example
2. Go to *POS Dashboard* > Choose a shop > Click on *Configure* > Check the Custom Receipt box and choose the configured design.
3. Open the POS session > Choose products > *Validate* payment.
After validating the payment > The receipt will be generated based on the configured design.
