ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo standard, Batch functionality is currently restricted to the Inventory module. In the standard Sales modules, Odoo still requires users to manage each order individually. This creates a disconnected workflow and is time-consuming when a business generates multiple small orders for the same partner throughout the day, making it difficult to maintain a high-level overview of total product requirements and order status.

CREATE BATCH FROM PO BATCH MENU
Go to Purchase > Orders > Purchase Order Batch . |

Create New PO Batch > Choose Vendor . Under Purchase Tab > Click Add a line > Select existing Purchase Orders or create New one. |

CREATE BATCH FROM PO LIST VIEW
Go to Purchase > Orders . Select Purchase Orders that need to be put in batch > Click button Actions > Create Batch . |

Note: All Purchase Order Lines are visible within the PO Batch. |

|
If a Purchase Order is already in a batch, it cannot be added to another batch. |
|
|
When creating batches from the list view, the system automatically generates separate batches for each different vendor. |
