ODOO'S FUNCTION
In standard Odoo, no availability check is performed against planning when creating a rental order. This means double- can occur without any system warning.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
With this module, the system will check resource availability automatically before any rental order goes through, preventing conflicts and ensuring accurate resource scheduling before the order is confirmed.

1. Go to Purchase > Create a new Rental Order
Each order line will display a color indicator showing the availability of all linked resources.

Click the indicator to see a breakdown of each resource's availability. From there, you can also jump directly to the Planning view to get a full picture of what is scheduled and when.

|
If any resource is already reserved for the requested rental period, the system will prevent the order from being confirmed and clearly list which resources are unavailable.
