Frequently asked
Will this app overwrite my existing contacts' Name field?
No. The Name field is never blanked or hijacked — components are derived from it, and editing a component only recomposes Name from the parts you have set.
Can I fix names for contacts that already exist in my database?
Yes. The Bulk Name Correction wizard previews the proposed split for every unsplit contact so you can review and adjust before applying anything.
Does this work across multiple companies?
Yes. Auto-split and the unsplittable-name policy are configured per company, so each company in a multi-company database can have its own explicit behavior.
Does it integrate with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce?
