How it works
Configure Branding
Open the Branding & Logo tab on any POS Settings form and upload your logo.
Set Receipt & Idle Options
Turn on receipt address and barcode, and enable the idle screen saver with its own timeout.
Save as a Preset
Optionally save the configuration as a Brand Preset so it can be reused on other terminals.
Apply Everywhere
Use the Apply to POS Terminals wizard to push the preset to every location at once.

Frequently asked
Does this work with my existing company logo, or do I need to upload a new image?
Both. Leave Logo Source set to Company Logo to use your existing company logo automatically, or switch to Custom Logo and upload an image specific to this terminal.
Can different POS terminals show different logos?
Yes. Branding is configured per POS terminal, so each location or till can show its own logo, receipt layout, and screen saver — or share one via a Brand Preset.
What image formats and sizes are supported for the logo and screen saver?
Logo and screen saver fields use Odoo's standard image widget, which accepts PNG, JPEG, and other common formats. Images are resized automatically on save, and every field shows a live preview before you save.
Does the receipt barcode work with any Odoo POS receipt printer?
Yes. The barcode is rendered as a standard image using Odoo's built-in barcode report, so it prints on any receipt printer supported by Odoo POS, in Code128, QR, EAN-13, or UPC-A.
